1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Candace & Chloe Jewelry is quick and easy:
Browse our collection and choose your favorite product.
Select the size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”
Check your cart and proceed to checkout.
Complete your order by following the secure checkout process.
2. When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email (please also check your spam folder).
Here's what you can expect:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
After shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you do not receive your confirmation or tracking code within 3 days, please contact us at info@candacechloejewelry.com.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders have a tracking code.
You can use the link in your shipping confirmation email.
The code may take up to 3 days to activate.
If you do not receive your tracking code, please contact info@candacechloejewelry.com.
4. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours at info@candacechloejewelry.com or reply directly to the confirmation email.
If the package has already been shipped, it may not be possible to change the address.
5. What is your return and refund policy?
We only accept returns of damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt.
To make a return:
Send an email to info@candacechloejewelry.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product (if damaged).
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
Once the product has been inspected, the return will be processed.
Note:
Products that are currently being shipped cannot be returned.
Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us within 24 hours at info@candacechloejewelry.com.
If it has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return the goods after receiving them.
7. What are the delivery times?
Standard times:
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Delivery time: 8-12 business days after shipment
Shipping is always free.
